- Support primary consultants in servicing and renewing nominated clients, responding to queries and obtaining market quotations as needed.
- Manage client queries efficiently and effectively, providing timely resolutions and maintaining positive relationships.
- Generate high-quality reports for colleagues, highlighting key information and insights.
- Collaborate with consultants to maintain accurate management information, paying close attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with insurers and other relevant providers, ensuring clients' best interests are represented.
About You
We are seeking an individual with strong customer-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and a personable manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and eligibility to work in the UK is required.
