Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management accountant and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare the monthly journals, including accruals and prepayments, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage the weekly supplier payment and payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Assist the management accountant in the preparation of the annual budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in production accounting with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with accounting systems, preferably Sage X3 and Sage payroll.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-starter attitude, with a willingness to go the extra distance to make a difference.
