We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to join our dynamic team at 360 Resourcing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities- Record information accurately into our Job Management Systems, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor job screens closely, escalating any issues or uncertainties to Contract Managers or Supervisors for guidance.
- Provide exceptional support and cover for colleagues, particularly during peak periods, breaks, and annual leave.
- Optimize job allocation, minimizing travel time and idle periods for our operatives.
- Assist the team in recording data and key management information, driving service improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to other administrative tasks as required to support the team's success.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks/activities.
- Strong geographical understanding of the local area, including highways, routes, and travel times.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
- Experience in a Repairs or Maintenance call centre or similar environment (desirable).
