Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes, including timely and accurate payment of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions, including salary payments, benefits, and tax deductions
  • Manage employee data, including personal and payroll information
  • Collaborate with the payroll manager to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations and year-end processes
Requirements
  • 1 year of payroll experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of pension schemes and payroll software
