We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes, including timely and accurate payment of employees.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll transactions, including salary payments, benefits, and tax deductions
- Manage employee data, including personal and payroll information
- Collaborate with the payroll manager to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and year-end processes
- 1 year of payroll experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pension schemes and payroll software
