Job Summary:

CFC Consult is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise food and beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Support the development and implementation of food and beverage strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a food and beverage management role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
