We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference Sales Coordinator to join our team at CFC Consult. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing conferences and events, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and send proposals to conference and event enquiries received via our website, email, or telephone, while upselling on every occasion to maximize revenue.
  • Follow up on enquiries and conduct showrounds to convert enquiries into bookings, ensuring the commerciality of each event via optimum diary management.
  • Complete conference and events contracts with the highest level of accuracy to ensure a superior customer experience and overall successful event.
  • Plan and execute details of events via function sheets in a timely and highly accurate manner, working closely with the wider sales and operational teams.
  • Assist with planning and hosting of Open Evenings and other similar promotional events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of OPERA is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Creative and original thinking.
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail.
  • Well-presented.
What We Offer
  • Up to £28,000 per annum.
  • 45 hours per week.
