We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team at Impact Food Group, a leading provider of school catering services. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and create supporting content for bid responses, including appendices, graphics, and organization charts.
- Update and manage bid library content.
- Monitor public sector frameworks for opportunities and manage opportunities through various portals.
- Create initial financial models for tenders.
- Perform a range of administration tasks to monitor progress and organize the team.
- Proven experience in marketing and design, with a creative and technical skillset.
- Excellent systems and financial detail focus.
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe proficiency.
- Ability to work in a high-pressured culture and analyze data quickly.
- Excellent written skills and telephone manner.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with all company information and materials.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and enthusiastic manner.
