Bid Designer

We are seeking an experienced Bid Designer to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our bid/proposal team, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality bid or proposal response documents.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and produce bid or proposal response documents, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Implement and maintain document version control procedures and processes.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to create compelling graphical representations of written, numerical, and existing content.
- Design and produce proposal graphics for electronic and hard copy materials, ensuring consistency with company branding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate sections and documents into the required tender format.
- Maintain and make available master document sets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Develop proposal graphics that have impact and are easy to interpret, while ensuring compliance with required proposal deliverables.
- Control and interpret information flow between team members, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
- Degree in Creative/Artistic Discipline.
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software, including Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Corel, and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative and proactive approach to bringing forward ideas to evolve tender collateral.
- Experience working as a designer for a contract caterer is ideal, with experience on tenders in any format and video creation being a plus.
