We are seeking a skilled Bid Designer to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our bid team, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality bid responses that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and produce bid responses that meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Develop and implement document version control procedures and processes
  • Work with subject matter experts to create compelling graphical representations of written, numerical, and existing content
  • Produce proposal graphics for electronic and hard copy materials
  • Coordinate proposal input from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery
  • Champion document management and change control best practices
  • Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
Requirements
  • Degree in Creative or Artistic Discipline
  • Desktop publishing software skills, including Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Corel, and Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative and proactive approach to bringing forward ideas to evolve tender collateral
