Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to join our dynamic team at 360 Resourcing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Record information directly into our Job Management Systems or other relevant systems to deliver the service.
- Monitor job screens and provide assistance when required, or seek guidance from Contract Managers or Supervisors.
- Provide adequate support and cover for other administrators, particularly during breaks, peak periods, and annual leave.
- Send operatives to jobs in the most efficient and effective way, ensuring they are productive and minimizing travel and idle time.
- Assist the team, Supervisors, and Managers in recording data and key management information to improve the service provided to customers.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks/activities undertaken by each trade group.
- Good geographical understanding of the area, including main highways, routes, and travel times between locations.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
- Vast experience of MS Office, including Word and Excel, with accurate typing skills.
- Experience working in a Repairs or Maintenance call centre, or other call centre environment (desirable).
