Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Line Onsite Engineer to join our team at Franklin Fitch. This role offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 and requires full-time onsite presence in a dynamic work environment.

Role Responsibilities

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional technical support to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Managing and prioritizing support tickets, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and expectations, while delivering quality service.
  • Utilizing your expertise in cloud technologies, including Office 365 and AWS, to assist clients effectively.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a 2nd Line Support role, particularly in client-facing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cloud technology.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of managing client relationships with professionalism.
  • A solid understanding of technologies such as Windows, Office 365, and Citrix; familiarity with Intune is a plus.
