Your Role: We are seeking a skilled Onsite IT Support Engineer to become an integral part of our team. This position involves being the welcoming representative of Air IT, delivering exceptional support and ensuring our clients' IT systems operate seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities: As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, providing a variety of support services with expertise and professionalism. Your primary goal will be to maintain client satisfaction by swiftly addressing technical inquiries.

Your tasks will include:

  • Assessing and prioritizing support requests
  • Managing service incidents and ensuring system performance
  • Acting as the primary resource for all IT-related matters
  • Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

Qualifications:

  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Ability to travel to various locations
  • Demonstrated experience in user and system support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Server/Desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365
