Role Overview
The Onsite Support Coordinator will independently manage all requested support operations for clients. Responsibilities include document management, mail processing, copying, scanning, printing, and various administrative tasks.
This role is crucial for establishing and nurturing a service-oriented relationship with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional electronic and physical document management services Manage client files, including adding or returning documents Utilize practice management systems for document logging Administer closed files as required Maintain organized filing and workspace Process incoming mail and distribute it to designated areas Ensure equipment is well-maintained and operational Follow stock procedures and replenish supplies as necessary Prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing services as instructed Collect and input necessary data for billing Ensure all job requests are accurately tracked Comply with corporate standards and seek operational improvements Perform extensive computer and data-related tasks Manage client inquiries efficiently Communicate effectively with clients regarding job statusesPersonal Attributes
