Position Overview:

EH20 Group is in search of a seasoned Head of Performance Management to spearhead our initiatives in enhancing operational efficiency and strategic growth within the rail and telecommunications sectors.

This pivotal role demands a robust background in rail operations coupled with telecommunications expertise, as well as a well-established network within the industry.


Compensation:
Competitive six-figure salary plus performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies for rail telecommunications projects and infrastructure.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities in rail communication technologies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of rail telecom initiatives with overarching corporate objectives.
  4. Leverage existing relationships to unlock new business opportunities within the rail and telecom sectors.
  5. Identify and pursue lucrative contracts and partnerships with rail operators and telecom providers.
  6. Represent EH20 Group at industry conferences, events, and critical client meetings.
Operational Leadership:
  1. Guide and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results in rail telecommunications operations.
  2. Oversee project management to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  3. Drive innovation in rail communication systems, signalling technologies, and passenger information services.
  4. Establish and uphold best practices for cybersecurity and resilience in rail telecommunications networks.
Relationship Management:
  1. Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the rail and telecom industries.
  2. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on performance metrics and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in rail operations and telecommunications management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience. A well-established network of contacts within these sectors is essential, along with a deep understanding of rail infrastructure, telecommunications technologies, and regulatory frameworks.

Additionally, a successful history of P&L management in large-scale rail and telecom projects is required. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
