Position Summary:

EH20 Group is in search of a seasoned Head of Performance Management to spearhead our initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and growth within the highways sector.

This pivotal role demands a robust background in highways administration coupled with a vast network of industry contacts.


Compensation:
Competitive six-figure salary plus performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Formulate and implement strategic business plans for highways infrastructure projects and upkeep.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint emerging trends and opportunities in highways technology and construction.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of highways projects with overarching corporate objectives.
  4. Leverage existing relationships to unlock new business opportunities within the highways sector.
  5. Identify and pursue lucrative contracts and collaborations with governmental bodies and private enterprises.
  6. Represent the organization at industry gatherings, conferences, and significant client engagements.

Operational Leadership:
  1. Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding outcomes in highways operations.
  2. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction standards.
  3. Promote innovation in highway design, construction methodologies, and maintenance practices.
  4. Establish and uphold best practices for sustainability and environmental responsibility in highways operations.

Relationship Development:
  1. Build and sustain strong connections with key stakeholders in both government and private sectors.
  2. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding performance metrics and growth strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in highways operations and management (minimum of 15 years).
  • Established network of contacts within the highways and construction industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of highways infrastructure, construction technologies, and maintenance practices.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L for large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
