Job Title: Head of Building Performance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Building Performance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our efforts in improving the financial performance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Governance: Lead the development and implementation of financial governance policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our financial resources.
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Financial Improvement: Identify areas for financial improvement and develop and implement plans to address these areas.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to a team of financial professionals to ensure the effective delivery of financial services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of financial initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: Professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, ICAEW, CIMA, or Certified) and current registration with a professional body.
  • Experience: Extensive post-qualifying experience covering the full range of responsibilities of a senior financial professional.
  • Leadership and Management: Experience of leading and managing a team of financial professionals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
