We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our boutique. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

Creativity is at the heart of our business, and as Business Manager, you will be responsible for elevating our in-store events and services, such as our signature Hand and Arm massage, wedding consultations, and other unique experiences. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, ensuring all team members are aligned with our boutique and brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
  • Create and execute a business plan to drive sales and customer service excellence
  • Elevate in-store events and services to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Ensure smooth store operations and alignment with boutique and brand vision
  • Coach and inspire team members to exceed KPIs and develop their skills

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
