National Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the United States. As a key member of our Americas management team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and development for our sales activities in the US, ensuring we meet globally set targets and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the performance and results of First Line Sales managers.
- Provide regular business performance metric reports to management.
- Liaise and work with senior management to set forecasts, budgets, and targets.
- Ensure effective management of end-user and customer relations.
- Review and monitor sales performance, refining sales strategy as required by management.
- Provide valuable insights on trending market conditions, updating our local business plan in terms of delivery, profitability, and efficiency.
- Follow up and prioritize areas of development and expansion, aligned with the company's strategy.
- Create cross-functional collaborations, driving synergies and sharing best practices to improve performance.
We are looking for a university-educated professional with extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a cross-functional and matrix environment. You should be a strong and trustworthy relationship builder and leader, with a genuine interest in developing people. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong and trusting relationships across our entire business.
