Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team as a Sales Trailblazer. As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for promoting our employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses. You will work closely with our business development manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses.
  • Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote our services.
  • Work with your business development manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
What We Offer
  • A basic salary between £23,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 and top performers earning £70,000+.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in outbound sales, F2F sales, or telesales.
  • A drive to pursue a career in sales, motivated by goals and driven by targets.
  • Resilience and confidence to learn more and more each day.
  • The ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
  • Driven by great earning potential and career progression.
