Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trailblazer to join our team. As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for promoting our services to SMEs and building strong relationships with business owners and directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Employment Law and Health & Safety Solutions: You will be responsible for promoting our employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SMEs, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Schedule Sales Opportunities: You will schedule sales opportunities with business owners and directors to promote our services and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work with Business Development Manager: You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: You will accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline, ensuring that you are meeting your sales targets and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales: You will have some experience in sales, whether that's face-to-face or over-the-phone sales.
  • Confident Communicator: You will be a confident communicator, able to get your personality across over the phone and build strong relationships with business owners and directors.
  • Ambitious and Driven: You will be ambitious and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth.
  • Resilience and Confidence: You will have the resilience and confidence to learn more and more each day, and to overcome any obstacles or challenges that you may face.
  • Target-Based Environment: You will be able to work successfully in a target-based environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Competitive Salary: You will receive a competitive salary, with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 and top performers earning £70,000+.
  • Uncapped Commission: You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with a strong focus on driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Work-Life Balance: You will have a good work-life balance, with no evenings or weekends and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
