Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trailblazer to promote our Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners and directors to introduce our services and create sales opportunities for our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Schedule sales opportunities with business owners and directors to promote our services and build relationships.
- Work with your Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity, using your skills and expertise to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline, tracking your progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Competitive basic salary between £23,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 and top performers earning £70,000+.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday.
