Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Sales Trailblazer to promote our Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for scheduling sales opportunities with business owners and directors, working with our Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan, and self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Schedule sales opportunities with business owners and directors, building relationships and identifying potential sales leads.
- Work with our Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan, maximizing sales opportunities and driving business growth.
- Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity, utilizing your skills and expertise to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline, tracking your progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience in sales, whether face-to-face or over the phone, with a proven track record of success.
- Confident communication skills, able to effectively communicate with business owners and directors, and build strong relationships.
- Ambition and drive, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Resilience and confidence, able to learn and adapt quickly, and overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Ability to work successfully in a target-based environment, with a strong focus on sales performance and business growth.
- Driven by great earning potential and career progression, with a desire to build a successful career and achieve long-term success.
- Uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 and top performers earning £70,000+.
- Competitive basic salary between £23,000-£27,000, dependent on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and an extra day off for your birthday.
- 6 Month sales training programme, with a clear development plan, to support your continuous training and development.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly incentives, with a profit share and medicash membership.
