Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Sales Trailblazer to promote our Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for scheduling sales opportunities with business owners and directors, working with our Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan, and self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Employment Law and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to SME businesses, highlighting the benefits of our services and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Schedule sales opportunities with business owners and directors, building relationships and identifying potential sales leads.
  • Work with our Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan, maximizing sales opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Self-generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity, utilizing your skills and expertise to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline, tracking your progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, whether face-to-face or over the phone, with a proven track record of success.
  • Confident communication skills, able to effectively communicate with business owners and directors, and build strong relationships.
  • Ambition and drive, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • Resilience and confidence, able to learn and adapt quickly, and overcome obstacles and challenges.
  • Ability to work successfully in a target-based environment, with a strong focus on sales performance and business growth.
  • Driven by great earning potential and career progression, with a desire to build a successful career and achieve long-term success.
What We Offer
  • Uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 and top performers earning £70,000+.
  • Competitive basic salary between £23,000-£27,000, dependent on experience.
