Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trailblazer to join our team. As a Sales Trailblazer, you will be responsible for promoting our services to SMEs and building strong relationships with business owners and directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SMEs.
  • Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote our services.
  • Work with your Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
Requirements
  • You will ideally have some experience in sales, whether that's face-to-face or over-the-phone sales.
  • You will be a confident communicator, able to get your personality across over the phone.
  • You will be ambitious and driven by your own goals and targets.
  • You will have the resilience and confidence to learn more and more each day.
  • You will have the ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
  • You will be driven by great earning potential and career progression.
What We Offer
  • A basic salary between £23,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped commission, with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 and top performers earning £70,000+.
