The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager fluent in German to oversee the DACH and Benelux regions for a maternity cover.
Proficiency in German is essential for this position.

As a Regional Field Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies aimed at driving demand generation and enhancing pipeline growth in your region. Your role will involve crafting and implementing impactful regional marketing plans that facilitate a more efficient sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution and refinement of the marketing mix to achieve key performance indicators and targets, including MQLs and SAOs.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to formulate quarterly marketing strategies grounded in a thorough understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage a comprehensive marketing initiative across diverse channels, including trade shows, events, webinars, partner programs, and digital campaigns to generate leads and secure business.
  • Implement a focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for your region to enhance sales relationships and support the advancement of strategic deals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track pipeline creation and progression, inform marketing planning, and report on program ROI.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal sales teams, external partners, and distributors.
  • Work closely with product marketing, content marketing, PR, and other teams to create effective marketing materials and messaging for regional campaigns.
  • Actively participate as a collaborative member of the Global Marketing team to ensure alignment of strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a Marketing Business Partner to regional leadership teams to plan, execute, and monitor pipeline creation and contribution, optimizing integrated activities across all channels to maximize ROI.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in the B2B technology sector, particularly in cloud, big data, analytics, or database environments.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including field events, webinars, partner programs, and digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the European enterprise B2B software market.
  • Familiarity with modern demand generation and integrated marketing practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and developer marketing is advantageous.
