Position: Special Needs Class Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Needs Class Educator to join our exceptional team at The Education Network Birmingham. In this role, you will be entrusted with teaching a small group of students primarily diagnosed with autism, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and Teaching Assistants to provide comprehensive support.
  • Creating a nurturing and secure learning environment that fosters academic and social development.
  • Empowering students to overcome barriers to learning and social interaction.
