Priory Group is a leading provider of adult care services, and we are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Autumn Leaf, a specialist autism home.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to support adults with autism and learning disabilities in a person-centred approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting independence, supporting residents with personal care, and facilitating community outings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Encourage and facilitate community integration and social activities
  • Develop and maintain person-centred care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care

Requirements
