Aspirations Care is seeking skilled Intensive Care Support Specialists to become part of our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess resilience, be adept at managing repetitive tasks, and demonstrate strong verbal, reading, and writing abilities. A willingness to engage with the community alongside service users is essential.
Our service user has a keen interest in football and appreciates Support Specialists who share this enthusiasm. They value friendly interactions and seek a supportive environment.
The perfect candidate will exhibit a proactive attitude, engage in meaningful conversations, and possess exceptional communication skills. Trustworthiness, reliability, and a spirited personality are key attributes.
The service operates within a community of self-contained/single occupancy apartments in Stechford, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals in enhancing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
- Providing stimulation and motivation through engaging conversations and social activities.
- Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Coordinating and attending healthcare appointments with service users.
- Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the management team.
- Keeping care plans and risk assessments updated.
