Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant

Security Clearance Requirement: MUST BE SC CLEARED OR ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE. To qualify for SC clearance, you must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to client sites and office.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.
  • Managing requirements gathering, design, and gap analysis.
  • Overseeing application configuration.
  • Facilitating functional support for technical tasks such as data migration and integration.
  • Conducting solution validation workshops.
  • Providing testing support, training delivery, and post-go-live assistance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in:

  • Oracle Cloud (SaaS): PPM, Project Financial Management, Grants Management, and Project Execution Management.
  • Oracle Cloud Reporting tools: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smartview.
  • Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodologies.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Change request management throughout the development and testing lifecycle.
  • Liaising with Oracle for effective client support.
  • Ensuring clients are informed about the latest Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
  • Delivering projects on time while managing business expectations.
  • Assisting with risk and change management in projects.
  • Advising clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes or systems.
  • Communicating effectively to drive project deliverables.
  • Completing tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Providing regular status and issue reports to project managers or clients.
