About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team at Version 1. As a Cloud-Based Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in providing day-to-day application support for our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their Oracle Cloud SCM/Procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for clients, resolving issues and improving system functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to deliver client requirements, driving business value and process improvements.
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure all requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion.
Requirements
  • Strong experience as an application support analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in Oracle implementations and/or upgrades.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM/Procurement modules, including Procurement Contracts, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and more.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
