We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud P2P Functional Consultant to join our growing Cloud Practice at Version 1. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technology and deliver Finance, Supply Chain, and HR solutions that underpin digital transformation for our customers' businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and implement Oracle Cloud P2P solutions, overseeing requirements definition, design, and gap analysis.
- Drive forward functional support of technical activities such as data migration and integration.
- Lead solution validation workshops and oversee testing support, training delivery, post-go-live support, and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance.
- Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations, ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
- Assist with risk management and change management on projects.
- Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
- Experience in Oracle implementation within Oracle Cloud (SaaS) Procurement (including Self Service), Supplier Portal, Inventory, Procurement Contracts, Account Payable, Tax, Subledger Accounting.
- Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
- Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology.
- Stakeholder and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Experience of working effectively within a team.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects.
- Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle, confirming to project management standards and scope.
- Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs.
- Ensure that clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
