Job Title: Oracle Cloud Projects Functional Support Specialist

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects Functional Support Specialist to join our growing Managed Services Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day application support for a variety of clients, utilizing your Oracle Cloud PPM expertise to resolve support issues and add value through delivering fixes and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day application support for clients
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud PPM expertise to resolve support issues and deliver fixes
  • Lead requirements gathering, creating, and developing documentation for business changes
  • Work with technical consultants to deliver client requirements
  • Liaise directly with clients to ensure all requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion
Requirements:
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud (SaaS): PPM (Portfolio Project Management), Project Financial Management, Grants Management, and Project Execution Management
  • Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smartview
  • Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
  • Experience working effectively within a team
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects
  • Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle, conforming to project management standards and scope
  • Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs
  • Ensuring clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases
  • Managing on-time project delivery and business expectations, ensuring internal customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with risk management and change management on projects
  • Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
  • Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
