Job Summary:

The IT HR Systems Technical Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our HR technology landscape at ISS Facility Services UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of our new HR technology, helping to build the governance, structure, and processes required to enable our business.
  • Carry out system administration activities, producing and maintaining related process documentation.
  • Monitor and manage the integrations between the People, Payroll, Workforce Management, and other systems.
  • Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders, including the People & Culture (HR) department, ISS UK IT Team, ISS Group System support teams, and external system providers.
  • Work on successful projects with a collaborative team effort.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of supporting an HRIS / HCM or similar solution (SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central preferred).
  • Collaborative approach to senior stakeholder management and networking.
  • Co-designing system solutions with end-user experience at the centre.
  • Understanding of Data Management principles and best practices.
  • GDPR and Data Governance policies and standards.

Desirable Skills:

  • A range of HR IS solution or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/EC module experience.
  • ServiceNow, Jira or similar case management tools / products.
  • DocuSign / Opentext or similar document management solutions.
  • Reporting and Data Extraction/Manipulation Tools.
  • System implementations and data migration.
