We are a leading provider of facilities management services to schools in London. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Premises Manager.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to assist the Premises Manager in the coordination and monitoring of the work of the Premises Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of facilities staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Premises Manager in coordinating and monitoring the work of the Premises Team during term time, school holidays, and evenings.
  • Supervise a team of facilities staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Respond promptly to any emergencies or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Bursar to promote the hire of the School's premises and facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a school environment.
  • Proven experience supervising a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
