Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a committed Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to enhance our team at Andrew Brownsword Hotels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the hotel premises and grounds
  • Scheduled maintenance to uphold a positive initial impression
  • Overseeing the efficient operation of essential services such as heating and plumbing
  • Maintaining outdoor areas for a neat and welcoming look
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to execute tasks effectively
  • Carrying out painting, refurbishment, and general maintenance duties
  • Providing emergency support and temporary coverage as required
  • Assisting with risk evaluations, plumbing, and structural repairs
  • Staying informed about training and policy updates
