Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in a busy location. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining areas, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage activities within the hotel.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule staff to provide outstanding service to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, bar, and banquet facilities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback.
