About Us:
T4S Education is dedicated to recruiting facilities personnel for educational institutions in London. We are currently in search of an Assistant Premises Manager for a distinguished independent school located in Hammersmith, London.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive individual to fill the role of Assistant Premises Manager. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Premises Manager to guarantee the effective functioning of the school's facilities.

This is a full-time role, offering flexible hours between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

The salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Premises Manager in coordinating and overseeing the activities of the Premises Team during term time, school breaks, and evenings when on duty.
  • Supervise a team of facilities personnel, providing necessary guidance and support.
  • Manage the daily operations of the school, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Respond swiftly to any emergencies or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the Bursar to promote the rental of the school's facilities and serve as the primary contact for each rental event, remaining available throughout the letting period.
  • Work with other departments to organize activities and events.
Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar position within an educational setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
