Job Summary

AndersElite is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our site teams in the Retford/Mansfield area. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of all operational activities on various projects, meeting Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Community and Public Relations: Ensure all works are conducted with consideration for the local population and traveling public, minimizing disruptions.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage the site team to achieve project goals.
  3. Cost Efficiency: Drive cost-effective management through efficient use of resources.
  4. Programme Management: Prepare, review, and update realistic project timelines to ensure timely completion.
  5. Safety Compliance: Oversee the development and updating of method statements and risk assessments to maintain site safety.
  6. Documentation Management: Ensure all as constructed records are provided to the CDM Coordinator for the Health and Safety File promptly after project completion.
  7. Training: Participate in necessary training related to site management duties, including temporary works and appointed person courses.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Qualifications: Civil Engineering/Site Management qualifications are essential.
  2. Safety Certifications: Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate) is required.
  3. Site Certification: Must hold a CSCS Site Manager card (minimum requirement).
  4. Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry, with expertise in deep excavation and civils construction.
