Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Enhance Health and Safety Culture: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
- Manage Site Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our site's facilities and equipment, ensuring that all contractual commitments are met.
- Drive System and Operational Improvements: Work closely with our Operations Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee Site Budget and Financial Targets: Manage the site's budget and ensure that financial targets are met.
- Lead a Team of Onsite Engineers: Supervise and support a team of engineers to provide maintenance and support services to our clients.
- Achieve Technical Performance Standards: Ensure that all technical performance standards are met and exceeded.
- Ensure Maintenance Activities are Planned and Recorded: Plan, action, report, and record all maintenance activities in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Requirements:
- Qualification in Engineering: A degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Leadership and Management Experience: Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of delivering results.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems: Experience with warehouse management systems and diagnostic tools is essential.
- Experience with Automation and Control Systems: Experience with automation and control systems is desirable.
- Demonstrated Experience in Delivering Warehousing Solutions: A proven track record of delivering warehousing solutions is essential.
