We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, managing site personnel, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, including managing site personnel and resources
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site-specific policies
- Monitor and control site costs, including materials and labor
- Develop and implement site-specific plans and procedures to ensure project success
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Requirements:
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid certification
- Full PPE
- Recent references relating to the role
