About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civils Site Manager / Foreman to join our team at S1R Limited (Trading as Staff One). As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Work closely with groundworkers, checking levels and ensuring that all work is completed to the required specifications.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of site staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
- Develop and implement site safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civils Site Manager / Foreman in a construction environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve site-related issues.
