We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineering Manager to join our team at Automation Experts Ltd, a leading provider of automation, materials handling, and warehouse management software solutions for the distribution, retail, and FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer commercial contract support requirements are met to an excellent standard.
- Plan, action, report, and record maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Prepare and maintain quality assurance records, health and safety records, inspections, and training.
- Provide training to staff and maintain relevant skill levels.
- Achieve site financial targets and budgets.
- Offer feedback to the General Manager and other Senior Managers.
- Develop and enhance team capabilities through effective man management.
- Ensure health and safety adherence and monitoring.
- Lead the team in line with company values.
- Liaise with customers and Shift Managers regularly.
Requirements:
- Degree, HND, HNC, or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- Leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is desirable.
- Planning and scheduling work.
- Good analytical mindset to investigate system underperformance.
This role offers flexible working hours, with a focus on days only.
