About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of medical solutions to the NHS, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and services. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join their team and drive sales growth in their flagship region.

Job Summary:

  • To develop and execute a sales strategy that targets key decision-makers within the NHS, with a focus on increasing sales of the company's products.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement a regional territory plan.
  • To provide regular sales reports and updates to the company, ensuring visibility of regional potential and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To grow existing customer relationships through proactive account management and identify new business opportunities.
  • To develop and implement a regional territory plan, working closely with the National Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.
  • To generate and develop new sales leads, following up quotations and samples to close new business.
  • To ensure widespread networking with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote the company's brand and products.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the medical sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
