About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Communications Director to join our team at St. James's Place. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and embedding a high-impact external communications strategy that amplifies and enhances our reputation and brand image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our reputation and brand image.
  • Lead and oversee the integration of proactive media, digital, and social media to stimulate media interest, build brand awareness, and convey our messages effectively.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the CEO and senior stakeholders on all matters relating to strategic external relations, external communications, social media, and reputation.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality results.
  • Measure and report on sentiment and ROI, using data-driven approaches to inform our communications strategy.
