We are collaborating with a leading global manufacturer seeking a Quality Assurance Leader to drive growth by spearheading, nurturing, and consistently enhancing the Quality Division.

Responsible for overseeing the Quality Team (3 Direct reports), including their performance management, professional growth, attendance, and fostering a constructive, high-performance team environment.

Manage all facets of Site Quality and Assurance.

Collaborate with Operations and Site Management to align quality goals with business objectives and formulate quality enhancement strategies aimed at minimizing the costs associated with poor quality while promoting operational efficiencies.

Conduct internal, external, and customer audits in accordance with our certifications and uphold high-quality standards.

Guide and mentor others to create effective corrective and preventive measures utilizing 8D and Mistake Proofing methodologies in response to customer feedback, COPQ data, or routine product audit findings.

Lead, engage, and facilitate various continuous improvement initiatives and projects to support organizational goals and objectives.

Showcase a proven track record in a comparable role at a similar level or demonstrate significant professional development to transition into a first-time Quality Assurance Leader position.

Proficient in working with Quality Management Systems.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of establishing strong working relationships, persuading, and influencing at a senior level, both internally and externally.
