About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Leader to join our team at Paternoster House. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement care plans to ensure the wellbeing and dignity of our residents
  • Lead and motivate a team of carers to deliver high-quality care
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated
  • Manage time effectively to balance supporting the team and ensuring resident wellbeing

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting and hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will be a positive role model with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver the best possible care.
