As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents, while encouraging them to always do their best.

Our care teams make a real difference every day, and your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be at the core of everything you do. You will support the Home Manager and lead a team of carers, planning and implementing care that gives our residents a sense of security, dignity, and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing care plans through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Supporting your team effectively and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents
  • Developing and implementing care strategies to meet the needs of our residents

About You

We are looking for a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. You will be a supportive individual, able to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times. Previous experience of working in a residential care setting and a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care are essential. You may also have previous supervisory experience, but this is not essential.
