About the Role
Paternoster House is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to lead our care team in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans, reviewing resident needs, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
You will work closely with the Home Manager to support and develop the care team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

About You
We are looking for an experienced carer or senior carer with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
You will possess excellent communication skills, be a positive role model, and have the ability to motivate others to deliver outstanding care.
A supportive individual with the ability to use initiative and resolve problems effectively is essential for this role.
