About the Role
As a Nurse Specialist in our renal care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional care to our patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients, ensuring comprehensive and tailored support
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including pre- and post-haemodialysis review
- Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring meticulous documentation of patient activities
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in renal care
Requirements
- Current registration with the NMC as a General Nurse or nearing qualification in 2024
- Familiarity with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, demonstrating a commitment to upholding high standards of care
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing workload efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving abilities, thinking critically to address complex care needs
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of up to £33,719 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week), with flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays
