Paternoster House offers high-quality nursing, residential, and respite care for 40 residents in the heart of the Cotswolds. We are a not-for-profit provider, reinvesting every penny into our residents, colleagues, and care homes.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.48 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £15.48 per hour (Saturday and Sunday). You will also enjoy benefits such as 30 days holiday, a company pension, free uniform, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a residential care setting with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will be a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. A supportive individual who can motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents.

You will be confident taking charge and able to use your own initiative to resolve problems and deal with queries. In addition, you will have previous supervisory experience, such as delegating tasks, supporting inductions for new starters, and 1-to-1s.
