Nursing Care Director

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our healthcare team at Bupa Global. In this role, you will oversee and assist nursing care, create care plans, build relationships with residents and partners, and stay up-to-date with quality nursing care, tissue viability, and care planning. You will also lead by example, promoting high-quality care standards throughout the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a valid UK NMC pin and be committed to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
- Have a thorough understanding of quality nursing care and its impact on residents' lives.
- Be knowledgeable about tissue viability, infection control, and care planning principles.
